Workshop services
Repair and tune-up work begins after we agree a scope and estimate. Additional faults discovered during service will be communicated before optional work proceeds, except for minor safety adjustments reasonably implied by the job. You confirm you are entitled to authorize work on the bicycle presented. Turnaround times are estimates based on parts availability and queue length. Payment is due on collection unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Liability
We perform services with ordinary professional care. We are not liable for pre-existing frame damage, undocumented prior modifications, or wear that appears after normal riding beyond the scope of work performed. Nothing in these terms limits liability where Hungarian or EU law prohibits limitation, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
